The net proceeds from this event will be used to support the Copley Psychiatric Emergency Department at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego, which provides care to children experiencing a mental health emergency. The beWELL Dinking for Dollars Pickleball Fundraiser is an exciting event everyone can enjoy. The event will feature round-robin tournament play, social play, beginner clinics, entertainment, opportunity drawings, a silent auction, and delicious food and drinks. Whether you want to learn the game, play it, or cheer on your favorite player, you can join us and support an important cause because mental health matters!

Our children are facing a mental health crisis. Suicide is the second leading cause of death among youth ages 10-24 and San Diego has one of the highest incidence rates in California of children and teens ending their lives. Rady Children's Hospital believes mental and behavioral health is crucial for a child's well-being. The Copley Psychiatric Emergency Department ensures that children in crisis receive immediate and long-term care for these critical health issues.
